About the Together Project

The Together Project aims to reduce the number of out-of-school children by offering educational grants to those who are not currently enrolled or are at risk of dropping out due to financial constraints. As part of our national development efforts, we are offering a unique opportunity for a Qatari fresh graduate to join the team as a Trainee Program Officer.

What You Will Do

• Assist in coordinating project activities, schedules, and documentation
• Support internal coordination and external partner communication
• Participate in school visits and stakeholder engagement
• Collect, organize, and analyze project data
• Help prepare progress reports, summaries, and evaluation materials
• Support meeting logistics and project documentation
• Contribute ideas to improve workflows and implementation tools
• Participate in team initiatives, brainstorming, and problem-solving
• Engage in learning and development as part of the trainee experience

What We Are Looking For

• Qatari national with a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a meaningful cause
• Basic understanding of the education or non-profit sector is a plus
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement
