Mohammed Saad Al Kubaisi leads the strategy, partnerships and global programme portfolio of Education Above All (EAA) Foundation, overseeing initiatives across 78 countries in MENA, Africa, Asia and Latin America. He drives EAA’s global engagement and partnership strategy, working with more than 100 partners including development banks, UN agencies, official development agencies, international NGOs and private-sector organisations to mobilise resources, strengthen strategic alliances and advance sustainable education solutions at scale.

He has defined his leadership around delivery and measurable impact, introducing a foundation-wide theory of change, country-level strategies and a redesigned programme model to establish EAA’s credibility through demonstrated results. Under his leadership, Mohammed has strengthened EAA’s engagement with governments and institutional partners in countries where the Foundation operates, positioning education as a catalyst for social and economic development and reinforcing Qatar’s commitment to advancing the right to education globally. During his tenure, EAA’s work has been recognized by the Congress of Colombia through the Orden de la Democracia Simón Bolívar Award, and in Qatar through the inaugural Rawda Award for Excellence in Social Work for its Together Project.

Mohammed is also the Chairman of the Board of EAA’s international entity in the United Kingdom, Educate A Child International, which provides resources mobilization and facilitates funds to its projects.

Mohammed brings extensive experience across procurement, operations, administration and facilities management, complemented by a strong strategic and leadership background. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication from Qatar University, a Master’s in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris, and an Executive Master’s in Leadership, Public Policy and Innovation from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He is also a graduate of the Qatar Leadership Centre’s leadership programme.
